Received a Non-Compliance Notice?
OnlyPark is engaged by landlords, property owners and managers to manage parking at privately owned properties.
We issue notices when a vehicle has not complied with the parking terms and conditions displayed onsite, as instructed by the property owner or manager.
These parking conditions are in place to ensure bays remain available for genuine users — such as visitors, customers, residents or staff.
Important Information :
- Appeals MUST be submitted the official appeals form. We do not accept appeals via phone to ensure all submissions are properly documented and handled in accordance with our compliance procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for a decision.
Follow-ups within this period will not be responded to unless new information is provided. - Non-Compliance Notices are issued based on site signage, photographic evidence and enforcement protocols aligned with private property regulations.
- All appeal outcomes are final. Once reviewed and decided, further appeals will not be considered unless new evidence is submitted.

OnlyPark enforces parking conditions across private properties using trained personnel, secure systems, and evidence-based protocols.
Our enforcement approach is structured, consistent, and supported by site-specific signage and data captured at the time of breach.
We utilise the following methods depending on the property:
License Plate Recognition (LPR) Patrols
Mobile Patrols Use LPR Technology To Document Unauthorised Vehicles With Time-Stamped Photographic Evidence.
QR Visitor Platforms
Drivers Must Register Their Visit By Scanning The QR Code Displayed Onsite And Following The Process Outlined.
Digital Permit Systems
Vehicles Must Be Linked To An Approved Permit To Be Authorised To Park.
Towing
Where Authorised, Vehicles In Breach May Be Removed In Line With Site-Specific Terms And Conditions, And Relevant State-Based Towing Regulations.
